Glenda is a genuine and passionate professional specializing in coaching, facilitation, and consulting, with a keen focus on leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture and engagement. She thrives on learning about each client and co-creating tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Leveraging a variety of well-researched tools and models, as well as the right learning modalities, Glenda ensures her clients receive the most effective support for their leadership and team development goals.

Glenda holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) credentials and a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University. She recently expanded her expertise by completing a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership Program through the NeuroLeadership Institute. Her professional experience includes ten years in senior leadership roles, and more than ten years owning her own business and working with leaders throughout Western Canada. Her career has spanned diverse and progressive positions in both Canada and the US, providing her with extensive experience in employee relations, training and development, change management, organizational development, client relations, and strategic and business planning.
Glenda’s life experience has taken her to Calgary, Southern California, and Montreal before returning to her hometown of Saskatoon. She has been happily married to her high-school sweetheart for many years, and together they have two wonderful sons who are growing up too fast for her liking. She loves hosting friends and family, listening to all kinds of music, making time for her pilates and yoga practices, and traveling. Summer and Fall are her favourite seasons; she delights in pool and patio time with loved ones during the summer months, and enjoys hot beverages and the crisp evening walks among the fall colours. This holiday season is another of Glenda’s favourites, because you can never have too many lights to brighten up the Winter months.

Véronique Loewen is a senior communications and governance professional with more than 25 years of experience shaping strategic narratives in complex, highly regulated environments. She is the owner of Verolingo Communications and was formerly in charge of communications, public relations and philanthropy at Orano Canada.
Véronique holds a master’s in applied languages and an MBA, as well as the ICD.D corporate director designation and multiple professional certifications in communication and English-French translation.
She currently serves on the boards of Saskatoon Co-op and Prairieland Park. A founder of Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear Saskatchewan, and Honorary Consul of France in Saskatoon, she is widely respected for her leadership, community service, and commitment to strong governance and inclusive communication.
