Armed with a Bachelor of Education, a Bachelor of Commerce, and certification as a Body Language Trainer, she knows firsthand that effective communication is a science. Power On Agency offers a variety of services to enhance communication and leadership skills. Its signature Powerful People Certification is a 4-day, in-person seminar that equips participants with practical strategies for increasing influence and building trust. For more flexible learning, the Spark Connection online course is available. Additionally, Carla leads a monthly Power Path Mastermind for alumni, offering continued support and growth for those who have completed her programs.

Power On Agency also specializes in group training services tailored to the specific needs of teams and organizations. These offerings include the Power Boost Session, a focused 60-minute workshop ideal for delivering quick, impactful lessons on leadership and communication, as well as the Power Growth Package, which consists of multiple training sessions for sustained development. For a more immersive experience, the full-day Power Impact Workshop provides deep, interactive training to help teams build stronger leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.

Carla also offers one-on-one coaching that tackles individual challenges and delivers keynote presentations at conferences and professional development sessions to inspire and strengthen teams.

In 2011, Tracy Arno founded her professional recruitment search firm, now acknowledged as one of Saskatchewan’s most prosperous and respected search firms. In 2022, Tracy earned her ICD.D designation from the Rotman Directors Education Program (DEP), enhancing her ability to contribute to organizations as a board director. Recent appointments include serving as the Chair of Prairieland Park, the past chair of the NSBA, and participating on the boards of directors for Sask Water, Affinity Credit Union, and the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation. Tracy also holds the position of past president of the Greater Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce and represents the province on the Saskatchewan Provincial Court Judicial Council.
